We accept Visa Mastercard Switch Amex Solo and Delta. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
15% VAT is INCLUDED in all prices
Orders are sent POST FREE on 95% of orders. In special circumstances where extra carrier charges apply, you will be notified in advance.
Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to customer order information will be made at the discretion of Extreme Auto Accessories.
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
After we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order and providing your with details of expected delivery time and an order number. If you don't receive your order confirmation with 24 hours then contact us: email@example.com
We aim to deliver goods within 2-10 days of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 7 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition.
We must be informed within 7 days of reciept if you wish to return the item, The item must be returned to us in a resaleable condition, We will not pay any return costs that you incure, Upon receiving the goods we will refund your credit card within 3 working days.
If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days for any reason, we will contact you and offer you a refund or an alternative product.
All damaged & Faulty goods must be brought to our attention as soon as possible, as failure to do so could affect your statutory rights.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of UK and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of UK. None of your details, which we take for order processing, are passed on to any third party and the personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
