All returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving items.
Should you request a refund instead of a replacement item, it is our policy to provide this. Refund will not include the postage cost of returning items. The decision to give a refund is at the discretion of Discount Car Parts. Items returned must be in a resaleable condition. Carriage cannot be refunded.
Special ordered items will incur a 25% handling charge and carriage cannot be refunded.
Any item that has been dispatched for a period of two weeks or more will not be accepted for return.
