At Discount Car Parts we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any of our car parts or workshop equipment, please fill in the form below and we will contact you within one working day. Faulty products should be returned to us at :

All returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving items.

Refunds

Should you request a refund instead of a replacement item, it is our policy to provide this. Refund will not include the postage cost of returning items. The decision to give a refund is at the discretion of Discount Car Parts. Items returned must be in a resaleable condition. Carriage cannot be refunded.

Special Orders

Special ordered items will incur a 25% handling charge and carriage cannot be refunded.
